OFFICIAL RULES FOR RYOSKIT'S VW GLI GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR

This sweepstakes (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by RYOSKITS, a TIKTOK couple based in California (the "Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform used to promote it.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on December 19th, 2025, and ends when final date is announced, or when inventory runs out, whichever comes first (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor reserves the right to close entries early if necessary.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter the Giveaway through the following methods:

  • Paid Entries: Each sticker and license plate frame is 1 entry into the giveaway
    T-shirts are 2 entries
    Hoodies are 3 entries
    Customers are allowed to stack entries with multiple products.

  • Free Entry: To enter without a purchase, mail a handwritten postcard, at least 3x5 inches in size, written in blue ink, with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email to: 45 S Arroyo Pkwy #1023 Pasadena, CA 91105 United States. Limit one (1) free entry per person per household. Mail-in entries must be postmarked , and received before giveaway deadline to be valid.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive the following:

  • A 2004 Volkswagen Jetta GLI 1.8T(Approximate Retail Value: $5,500)

  • The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, registration fees, and any other costs associated with claiming the prize. The winner may be required to complete a W-9 tax form and will receive a 1099 form for tax reporting purposes.

6. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor. The drawing will take place live on Instagram Live, and the winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days.

7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within the timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and complete any necessary documentation before receiving the prize. The prize must be accepted as awarded, and no substitutions will be allowed.

8. GENERAL TERMS

By entering, participants agree to:

  • Comply with these Official Rules and all applicable laws.

  • Release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

  • Allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
